All lamps are protected and packed in strict way. We can ensure that what you receive will be a perfect

lamp. Furthermore, we have a set of returning policies to protect the right of customers if they get the

broken or damaged lamps during the transportation. The following picture shows the main 3 steps to pack:

 Normally, we deliver products by using DHL and UPS if order amount is less than 200 pieces. These will ensure that products

 can be sent safely, efficiently and perfectly. During the progress of transportation, we will follow up the order until

products arrive at destination. Customer can track their products according to the given delivery code.

Required products will be packed and sent within 48 hours after we recognize that customer has finished payment and if

 products are in stock. The total delivery time includes packing and sending progress. The delivery time varies to the order

 amount. However, sometimes it may be influenced by natural disaster or accident.  If it does happen, we will discuss the

 settlement with DHL or UPS and customers. Then find a solution as soon as possible.Customer satisfaction is what we strive

 for.
