Return Policy

In order to secure the purchasing right of customer,we are pleased to offer the return opportunity to customers as long as the products satisfy one of the following conditions:

- Lights are broken during the transportation;

- Large Scratches on the products not because of tranportation;

- Any obvious stain or spot on products which could not clean by customers themselves;

- The color of product is inconsistent with the one when you made order and confirmed with us;

- The wrong product (not the same type of lights, e.g.incorrect shape, color,watt, lamp holder)we send to you;

- Part of light is out of shape or becomes deformed that led lights can not work or install normally.

We are responsible for any freight to return if products satisfy the above conditions when customers

receive. That means we only recognize and pay for the freight as long as the return reason is because of

quality of our products.

However, we do not accept any free return because of individual taste (e.g.not match the style as you

expected), changed-mind ( e.g.attempt to change requirements of specific parameters or type after products are sent),

 delayed delivery and other ridiculous reasons.Customers need to confirm the information before paying. Our customer

services are always here to help. Hence, customer can inquire anytime when they feel confused or doubt to

our products details.

If customers firmly want to change products except the reasons of quality problems, they have to pay for

all the freight including returning and sending another new products from us.
